Hanger Type Batch Off Cooling Machine
The main function of batch off machine is for cooling and storage of rubber sheet. Then, the rubber sheet after cooling will be delivered to next process.
The cooling method of batch off machine can be fan cooling, water cooling and air cooling for matching to different requirement.
We have hanger type and flat type (mesh type) batch off machine according to different delivery method of rubber sheet.
The main structure of hanger type batch off machine consists of sheet inlet section, sheet storage section and sheet output section.
According to delivery direction of sheet inlet and outlet, hanger type batch off machine can be sorted in two types as below:
1.Straight type batch off machine
2.O-type batch off machine（based on customer's specifications）
Optional Equipment for Hanger Type
1.Mark printng device：the numbercal and letter can be marked on the rubber.
2.Rubber sheet jointing device：each batch of rubber sheet can be jointed by the jointing device whitch is equipped on top of conveyor of sheet inlet section.
The sheet output section of hanger type bath off machine can be designed to 3 devices according to different purposes (option)
